In order to protect your legal rights, please read the following user terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to all the terms in the Terms. 1. Service Description

RecoverX is a file recovery application designed to help users recover accidentally deleted or lost files. The services we provide include but are not limited to: scanning storage devices, recovering files, viewing previews of recovered files, etc.

You declare and warrant that you are of legal age and full capacity when using the App. If you are under 18 years of age, you must use the App with the consent of your parents or legal guardians.

3. License to Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any illegal activities or in any way that impairs the normal operation of the App.

You acknowledge and agree that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this application and assume full responsibility for your actions.

You agree not to use this application to infringe on the privacy, intellectual property or other legal rights of others.

This application is not responsible for any data loss, damage or other forms of damage caused by the use of this application.

6. Data Recovery Limitations

RecoverX will do its best to recover files, but cannot guarantee that all files can be recovered.

The success rate of file recovery depends on many factors, including device usage, time since file deletion, etc.

This application is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by failed recovery.

7. In-App Purchases

This application may provide in-app purchases. You agree that all purchases will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Google Play Store.

Your payment information is processed by Google Play, and we do not collect your payment information directly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content of this application, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, code, trademark, logo, etc., is the property of us or relevant rights holders and is protected by copyright law and intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use any part of this application without authorization.

This application is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not make any guarantees about its functions, applicability or performance.

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by the use of this application, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, damage to goodwill, etc.

10. Termination and Suspension
